By booking a tour or service with AP Punnami Tourism, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion. In such cases, a refund will be processed if applicable. Company has the right to disqualify/cancel the booking and not serve the customer if they fail to follow set guidelines. It is mandatory for all customers to present a valid ID proof and the generated ticket at the time of the trip. Once a booking is made, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds for customer-initiated cancellations are at the sole discretion of the company. Cancellation from customer end if necessary should be initiated 72hrs prior to date of travel/check-in. Rescheduling a confirmed booking is under the sole discretion of the company and subject to availability
AP Punnami Tourism respects your privacy. We collect only the necessary personal details, including your name, email, phone number, and address, to manage your tour bookings. Your information will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties. All fulfilled booking details will be securely stored and deleted after one year. We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal information and will take appropriate measures to protect it.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed at the sole discretion of AP Punnami Tourism. If a cancellation is initiated by the company, a full refund will be issued excluding the handling fee which will be communicated during refund process, depending on the circumstances. Circumstances where company might initiate a cancellation include and not limited to Government restrictions, Lockdown, Local Riots/Bundhs, natural disasters, technical issues at travel location etc. Depending on the circumstances and the severity customer might be notifed of it on the date of travel as well but company would make an effort to convey about cancellation as early as possible if it's known to them prior. For customer-initiated cancellations, refunds will only be considered under exceptional cases and cancellations if necessary should be initiated 72hrs prior to date of travel/check-in Approved refunds will take 24 hours to 14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
